Meet AIAFS' Expert Trainers



Diane Neal, MS, LPCC



Diane Neal, MS, LPCC, has been working with issues related to sexual abuse for over 30 years. She has worked with juvenile and adult offenders including special needs populations; IDD, FASD, and Autism throughout her career in the Mental Health field. Ms. Neal provides consult and training to community programs, other professionals, institutions, courts, and schools on the topics of prevention, abuse, treatment and community response to assault and sexual abusers as well as working with campuses nationwide to address Title IX issues specifically students on intimate partner violence. She has published journal reviews in the areas of special needs and offending as well as actively involved in research surrounding the topics of treatment efficacies and special populations relative to problematic and offending behaviors. Currently, Ms. Neal is the Executive Director of Project Pathfinder, Inc., an outpatient sex offender treatment program. She is a member of ATSA and presently serves on the Board of MNATSA as treasurer along with is a participant of various task forces and committees with in the metro area.
